Customer service was very nice and thorough. The repairman, Brandon, was very responsive and showed up within an hour of the initial call. He was honest about the cost and did a great job for the repair. We thought we needed a new door handle & lock for our patio door but it was just a piece of the handle that was broken which he repaired. Works great now. We will be using them again in the future.
I loved working with Galron. Very professional from appointment with sales , Dorrian. The sliding door installation was done by Brandon and his team. They do beautiful work and are great about communicating what they are doing every step of the way. I have another project I want to do and plan on using Galron again.
